The changes I have seen, so far, in my life has been the fact that I am finding it easier to love myself, take care of myself and be happy even when those around me are not.

I am making sure to fill my cup first, so that I have something to pour for my husband and infant son.

I've been really overwhelmed by All The Things and really needed help sorting through my next moves.
